thoNdai vAyp pon karuppanj chAtRaith thanthu sErththuk kalakkum thUrththath thunpa vAzhkkaith thozhil paNdu Attaththu uzhalAthE: making (their suitors) imbibe the saliva, sweet like the sugarcane, oozing from their pretty and reddish lips looking like the kovvai fruit, they hug tightly and provoke so much of dizzy passion that misery ensues; I do not wish to be caught in, and reel from, their professional old games;
