nanjAru kaNgaL: (falling for) eyes filled with poison,
ambOru gangaL mulaithAnum: breasts like lotus buds,
kondhE migundhu vaNdadi nindru koNdAdu gindra kuzhalAraik: and women with a bunch of flowers on their hair, with beetles humming around!
koNdE ninaindhu: Constantly thinking about them,
manbEdhu maNdi: my ignorance intensifies;
