    The ParAsara kumArAs (youths), disturbed fishes and were cursed to be fish
    themselves. They were then pardoned by Lord SivA, and meditated at
    Thirupparangkundram. Lord MurugA appeared to them and taught them the
    nyAna philosophy and gave Mukthi as well.
