    While performing the SivA Pooja, Nakeeran's and other poets' attention were
    distracted. The Bhoothas (evil spirits), imprison them inside a huge rock. Nakeeran
    sings the ThirumurugAttrupadai and meditates upon Lord Murugan. The Lord appears
    in His peacock and splits the rock with His mighty VEl army and frees Nakeeran and
    the poets.
